Welcome to EmpowerHER Wellness Program

EmpowerHer is an 8-week wellness program run by Ryleigh Young Fitness designed to help young girls aged 11+ improve their physical health, learn about nutrition, and develop a strong, positive mindset. Through engaging workouts and interactive lessons, I aim to inspire confidence and lifelong healthy habits.

    My Vision

    At EmpowerHer, I envision a future where every young girl has the confidence, tools, and support she needs to lead a healthy and empowered life. My mission is to inspire and nurture physical fitness, mental resilience, and emotional strength, equipping girls with the skills they need to thrive in all aspects of their lives. Over the course of 8 weeks, we will cover essential topics including the importance of fitness, the basics of nutrition, and building healthy habits. We will also explore the understanding of body image, stress management, and mindfulness. By building a supportive community and providing practical wellness education, I aim to create a generation of girls who are strong, confident, and prepared to tackle life’s challenges with a positive mindset.

    Program Details

    • Duration: 8 weeks (Oct 19th - Dec 7th)

    • Schedule: Every Saturday, 9:00 AM - 10:15 AM

    • Location: The DanceRoom Stayner

    What’s Included:

    • 1 Hour and 15 Minutes of Engaging Activities:

      • 45-Minute Workout: Dynamic fitness sessions designed to build strength and endurance.

      • 30-Minute Interactive Lesson: In-depth discussions on fitness, nutrition, body image, and healthy habits. Each lesson is crafted to be both informative and engaging, encouraging active participation and practical learning.
